This webinar on Energy and Electricity is perfect for middle school and upper elementary science educators. We’ll cover: a hands-on Play-Doh circuits lab that makes electricity unforgettable, strategies for teaching energy transformations in a clear, engaging way, and free lessons and resources you can use immediately. This session is free, virtual, and designed by teachers for teachers.

If you would like to follow along during the lab demonstration, the following materials will be used:

  • 5mm LED light diodes (5)
  • 9-volt battery
  • Play-doh
  • Pair of alligator clips
  • Paper clips (2)
  • Popsicle stick
  • Plastic straw
  • Pennies (2)
