Middle School Energy and Electricity: Professional Development
Join us on January 29th for our Middle School Energy and Electricity Professional Development session! This free PD is made for any educator, grades 4-12, who’s looking for strategies on teaching energy and electricity. Come explore hands-on labs, real-world connections, and easy ways to bring complex topics to life. Plus, walk away with free resources and lesson plans you can use the next day.
We’ll be demoing one of our most popular activities, the Play-Doh Electric Circuits lab. If you would like to follow along during the lab demonstration, the following materials will be used: 5mm LED light diodes (5), 9-volt battery, Play-doh, Pair of alligator clips, Paper clips (2), Popsicle stick, Plastic straw, Pennies (2).
