Summary

Students analyze a line graph showing the share of renewable electricity generation by technology from 2000 to 2030, with projections through the end of the decade. Four guided questions move from reading data points to interpreting trends, with an open-ended fifth question asking students to generate and answer their own. Works well as a graph literacy exercise in any solar or broader energy unit at middle school, high school, or APES level.
