Introduction to Indoor Air Pollution – Data Set

Summary

Students analyze two Our World in Data maps to explore the relationship between access to modern cooking fuels and indoor air pollution death rates by country. Five guided questions build data literacy skills alongside content knowledge about energy poverty and public health. Works as a standalone map activity or as part of the Introduction to Indoor Air Pollution lesson sequence at the middle school or high school level.
