This geothermal energy data analysis activity challenges students to interpret a line graph and data table on installed geothermal energy capacity worldwide from 2000 to 2023. Students will analyze trends across different income regions, calculate the global percentage increase, and hypothesize about the factors that might influence geothermal development in various parts of the world.
