Introduction to Energy Choices – Power Card Priorities – Teacher

Summary

The teacher guide includes a full procedure, an energy source evaluation chart with suggested answers, and a rubric for assessing proposals. Groups receive a deck of energy source cards, sort them against four pillar cards (affordable, available, reliable, sustainable), and build a “Power Proposal” for their community that they pitch to the class. Designed for groups of 2 to 4; pairs well with the Introduction to Energy Choices video.
